United Way Gumbo Cookoff

Executive Chef Scott Nesbitt and Sous Chef Byron Fennidy recently competed in the United Way's Gumbo Cook-off this month.  They submitted one Gumbo in the Traditional Category and one in the Exotic Gumbo Category.  They did a terrific job for the Steamboat's first entry and we can't wait to turn out and cheer them on next year.   Both Chef's prepare Gumbo on board the Steamboat NATCHEZ as one of our Soup du Jour alternatives.  Come aboard and maybe you can enjoy one of these or another of their creative masterpieces.
