New Dinner Cruise Menu

The culinary team of the Steamboat NATCHEZ unveiled their new Dinner Cruise buffet menu on October 18th.  The most exciting addition to the menu is the hand carved Rib Roast served medium rare to medium with a blue cheese-horseradish emulsion.  Also on the new menu is a Soup du Jour, using local products to make it fresh and creative each evening.    Due to popular demand, a number of items were retained on the menu such as the Steamboat Salad, Southern Fried Fish, Pork Loin with Creole mustard sauce, Penne Quattro Formaggi, Pilot House Potatoes, Creole Creamed Spinach and the mouthwatering NATCHEZ Bread Pudding with Callebaut® Belgian White Chocolate sauce.
