Chef Joey LaBella and his 6 year old son, JJ, were featured on FOX 8 TV on Wednesday to promote Family Fun Day on the Steamboat NATCHEZ. Chef LaBella is the Executive Chef on board the boat, and developed the menu for this family event taking place on Saturday, June 8th at 2:30pm. Chef and his son JJ often cook together and the Tomato Basil Salad that will highlight the family menu on Saturday is JJ’s favorite dish.
