Here is how we make your visit with us
\na good choice:<\/span><\/p>\n\n All passengers will have their temperature checked and be required to wear facemasks in the boarding line and onboard the vessels. The only exception is when dining or drinking in a stationary location.<\/p>\n
Employees, vendors and delivery personnel will have their temperature checked before
\neach shift and will be required to wear facemasks (employees will receive a daily wristband
\nconfirming that temperature has been taken).
\nAnyone with a temperature above 100.4 or higher will be denied boarding and asked to come back another day.<\/p>\n
Hand sanitizing stations have been placed around the vessel and are available to all guests and crew members. Employees are required to perform appropriate hand washing on a timely basis.<\/p>\n
Guests are requested to maintain a six-foot safe social distance between themselves and
\nother parties at all times.<\/p>\n
Our dining room and exterior seating has been reduced to allow more space between tables
\n and exterior deck seating is laid out to enable a 6ft separation.<\/p>\n
No customers will have contact with food stations with the exception of private charters. <\/p>\n
Dinner cruise meals and Brunches will be served table side.<\/p>\n
\nPlexiglas dividers have been placed between all sales staff, bartenders and guests where
\ncloser crew interactions may take place. The band will play behind a rope divider and will be set back at least
\n6 ft from the public.<\/p>\n
We continue to take the COVID-19 situation very seriously and will monitor and adapt to updates
\nfrom the CDC, City, State, and Federal governments accordingly. During this unique time, we
\nplan to keep all of our customers updated on any schedule or capacity requirement changes
\nand always strive to act in the best interest of our employees and passengers.
\nWe will abide by any capacity rules put in place by State and Local governments.<\/p>\n
Any events, groups or charters booked will be subject to changes if required by government guidelines.
