The Steamboat NATCHEZ left her French Quarter dock early January 4th.\u00a0 She is on her way to the shipyard for her annual “lay-up”, which is spa-time for this 40 year old boat.\u00a0 From painting, to carpets and mechanical equipment \u00a0to steam engines – the NATCHEZ crew takes this time to give her some tender loving care.\u00a0 She will return to service on January 30th.\u00a0 Stay tuned for news and progress reports.<\/p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
