The Steamboat NATCHEZ is proud to partner with Cafe Hope, a local culinary training ground sponsored by Catholic Charities.\u00a0 Byron Fennidy, a Cafe Hope graduate now prepares dishes alongside Executive Chef Joey Labella.\u00a0 Byron was also able to welcome to the boat other graduates and students from this inspiring program.\u00a0\u00a0They prepared a scrumptious recipe for Pierogis live on Channel 31.
